GIFT CARDS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Usage: This Gift Certificate is issued for exclusive use by the individual to whom it is addressed. 2. Transfer and Resale: The transfer or resale of this certificate is strictly prohibited. 3. Validity: Gift cards are valid for a limited period of 12 months from the date of purchase. 4. Remaining Balance: After placing an order, any remaining balance on your gift card will stay on your gift card total. 5. Cash Value: The Gift Certificate holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in part or in whole. 6. Returns: If you return goods purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your gift card total for future use. 7. Non-Refundable: The Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. 8. Exceeding Balance: If the purchase amount exceeds the gift certificate value, the remaining balance must be paid using another form of payment. 9. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the Certificate if it is found to be part of an unauthorized resale transaction. 10. Lost or Stolen Cards: Diana Store is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. 11.
