Payment Methods
–The payment methods accepted by BD Retail Group on this website are the following: • Debit / Credit Card (through the payment gateways of our payment system providers, totally secure). • Wire Transfer Accepted bank cards are ARCA, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If the customer chooses to make a payment via bank transfer, the processing of the order will commence once the payment is received. Refunds Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned products are received, in accordance with the procedure outlined on the Return Form. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. Please note that other possible delivery costs will not be refunded and will be at the client's expense. Under appropriate circumstances, any refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of BD Retail Group becoming aware of the cause that generates the right to a refund. The refund will be processed via credit card payment transfer. Exchanges If a customer wishes to exchange an item or change the color/size of a product, they must follow the return procedure and place a new order. Tracking We provide tracking information for all orders, enabling you to monitor your package's progress and know when to expect delivery.
