Delivery Policy

BD Retail Group will deliver products ordered through a courier service. The delivery period for orders can range from 1 to a maximum of 10 working days from the date of order execution and receipt of payment. If the Supplier is unable to ship the ordered products within this period, the customer will be promptly notified via email and/or telephone communication. Please note that the delivery period may vary depending on the country of destination and other factors beyond the control of BD Retail Group.
