Terms and Conditions of use

1. Definitions • Contract of Online Sale: Refers to the purchase agreement concerning products sold by the Supplier (as defined below) to the Customer (as defined below) through remote sales via electronic means organized by the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). • Purchaser or Customer: A natural person who purchases products under this contract for purposes unrelated to their trade or profession. • Supplier: The entity executing the sale of goods covered by this Agreement. 2. The Parties to the Agreement and Access to Online Purchase The goods covered by these terms and conditions are sold by BD Retail Group, with its registered office located at Hanrapetutyan 51,53-1, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, P/I 0010. The Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") affirms that the purchase is made for personal use and not for any commercial, business, or professional purposes. Access to the online purchasing service is restricted to adults with a valid customer identification code and password. It is prohibited to provide false or misleading information during the registration process.
